You will ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, and timely communication on orders. The ideal candidate communicates professionally in Mandarin and English, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a hybrid work environment

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to learn new systems, software, and procedures quickly.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, inventory, or admin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders, print labels, verify order accuracy, and maintain records.
• Prepare reports, data entry, and organize warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate with the China-based operations team on orders and progress.
• Monitor inventory and shipments in company systems.
• Sort, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; assist with inventory counts.
