Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage time and attendance of reporting Associates.
• Provide guidance for progressive discipline.
• Partner with HR for terminations.
• Maintain employee records according to regulations.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding of new Associates.
• Assist with recruiting and interview process for open positions as needed.
• Generate reports and prepare documents for management.
