Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support the Operations Manager in Personalization production, ensuring daily productivity, quality, and customer service targets are met.

The role is based onsite in Olive Branch, MS and requires working with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth production flow. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of leadership experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Able to train, provide operational direction, and communicate processes and expectations in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support associates across assigned Personalization areas.
• Control workflow to meet production and customer service deadlines.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and process adherence; provide guidance as needed.
• Identify and resolve workflow barriers and aging orders to maintain production.
• Train and develop associates on standard processes, quality, equipment, and safety.
• Collaborate with Techniques, QA, Packing, Picking, Inventory Control and other teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and meet quality standards before progressing.
