Job summary
Openwork in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Order Fulfillment Specialist for an on-site role.
You will review and process orders, coordinate shipping with carriers, prepare documentation (ASNs, invoices, BOLs), and ensure inventory availability. Fluency in English and Spanish, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Temporary-to-hire with a daytime Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- 1–3 years of experience in order fulfillment or shipping.
- Experience with order management systems or ERP/WMS.
- Familiarity with EDI and shipping documentation.
Responsibilities
- Review and process customer orders in the OMS.
- Prepare shipping docs, ASNs, invoices, BOLs, labels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and carriers for timely shipments.
- Track inventory availability and resolve issues.
- Maintain data accuracy across systems.
