Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support the Personalization production floor in Olive Branch, MS. You will guide associates, ensure daily productivity and meet quality and customer service goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes floor presence, workflow control, training, safety, and strong communication in English and Spanish; previous leadership in a production or distribution setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Able to train, provide operational direction, and communicate processes and expectations in both English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Excel, PKMS, RF Scanner, and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates across Personalization areas to meet productivity targets.
• Control workflow and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and process adherence; escalate issues as needed.
• Train staff on standard processes, safety, and equipment.
• Ensure accurate order completion and safe working environment.

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager with leading associates across Personalization production, including Techniques and Packing, while ensuring daily productivity, quality, and customer service goals are met.

The Warehouse Lead position is located in Olive Branch, MS.

You’ll Be Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will

• Maintain a strong floor presence while directing and supporting associates across assigned Personalization areas.
• Control workflow and prioritize work to ensure production and customer service deadlines are met.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and process adherence throughout the shift; provide associates with operational direction as needed and communicate performance or recurring process concerns to the Operations Manager for follow-up.
• Ensure associates follow established production, quality, part tracking, damage, and exception processes.
• Identify and resolve workflow barriers, aging orders, and exceptions to maintain continuous production.
• Train and develop associates on standard processes, quality expectations, equipment, and safe work practices.
• Partner with Techniques, QA, Packing, Picking, Inventory Control, and other operational teams to resolve issues and maintain order flow.
• Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and meet established quality standards before progressing through the operation.

We Prefer Some Of These Qualities As Well

• Experience with personalization, production, quality, picking, packing, or Inventory Control processes.
• Previous experience leading associates in a production or distribution environment.
