Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) seeks a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager in Nashua, NH to lead janitorial operations, manage schedules and ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

This full-time role requires English/Spanish bilingual skills, OSHA and forklift certifications, and strong supervisory experience in distribution centers or building maintenance. Starting pay is $18.86/hour; benefits include health, PTO, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 10-hour OSHA certification for general industry.
• Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Experience in janitorial operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of janitorial operations personnel and training.
• Monitor safety and incident reporting, enforce PPE and procedures.
• Coordinate daily operations across 3 shifts with shift leads.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and disciplinary actions when needed.
