Job summary

HF Foods Group, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Lead Warehouse Clerk to fulfill and process orders, accept shipments, and oversee warehouse organization. Bilingual Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

The role covers receiving products, unloading shipments, maintaining records, stocking items, managing stock locations, and reporting inventory or damages. Strong organization, communication, and time management are essential; forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in warehouse.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Successfully pass background checks including criminal history and drug screening
• Able to use forklift or pallet jack to move the pallets and/or products

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming products
• Unload inbound shipments from trucks
• Verify and complete the delivery receipt. Note damaged or shortage on the delivery receipt and have the driver's initials
• Complete all receiving processes in an accurate and efficient manner
• Stock received products to the staging area
• Complete Replenishment Working Order
• Manage stock locations on existing items for correct bin size and location
• Report inventory and damages to the manager
• Keep the location areas organized
• Organize pallets and other support materials in a safe manner
• Communicate warehouse concerns and safety issues to the warehouse manager
• Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules
• Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
• Other duties as assigned by management
