Pro Resources Inc. is hiring a 1st Shift Shipping Clerk for a Lebanon, IN facility. The role requires shipping, receiving, or logistics experience, plus bilingual Spanish/English skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various shipping/inventory software is expected. You will work with drivers and the warehouse team to ensure accurate shipments and records. Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills strongly preferred.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Able to learn different shipping and inventory software.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• LTL freight or truck scheduling experience is a plus.
• Experience shipping to large retail customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing shipping paperwork and documents for outgoing orders.
• Processing shipments and entering information into the inventory system.
• Printing and distributing pick tickets.
• Entering production receipts and keeping inventory records accurate.
• Getting freight quotes and coordinating pickups with LTL carriers.
• Scheduling trucks and communicating with drivers.
• Assisting drivers and customers when they arrive for pickups.
• Receiving finished goods into the shipping department.
• Helping with other shipping and receiving duties as needed.
