Job summary

A logistics company is seeking dependable bilingual English/Spanish General Laborers to join our team in Newark. Ideal candidates should be able to communicate clearly in both languages and perform various physical tasks to support daily operations. Responsibilities include lifting, carrying materials, maintaining clean work areas, and following safety procedures. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The pay rate is $15.49 per hour for a Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Previous general labor experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials.
• Assist teams and follow verbal and written instructions in English and Spanish.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Use basic tools and equipment as directed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Report workplace hazards or equipment issues promptly.
