Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken English and Spanish to support team communication.
• Reading skills in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay accurate in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass required background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, scan and sort packages by route, zone, or order.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders per RF scanner/WMS instructions.
• Load outbound trailers and delivery vehicles safely and on schedule.
• Operate RF scanners and pallet jacks after training.
• Assist with English/Spanish communication during shifts and safety talks.
• Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and safety hazards.
