Job summary

Deployed Logix is seeking a General Laborer to support production and warehouse operations in Eugene, OR. You will assist with assembling products, packing shipments, loading/unloading, and keeping the area clean and safe.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. This role may require weekend shifts and basic safety compliance. Training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of warehouse or production operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling products and components as directed.
• Prepare and pack products for shipment according to company guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks and store materials in designated locations.
• Perform basic quality checks on products and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production or warehouse area.
• Operate basic machinery and tools, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate tracking of materials.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Support other departments as needed to meet production goals.
