Job Description

Inizio Engage has a long-standing partnership with a leading Biotechnology company, across Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs businesses.

Responsibilities include:

1. Deliver virtual or telephonic educational support to patients, caregivers, Healthcare Professionals, and their staff within primary care or specialist facilities in a designated disease state.
2. Provide disease state related education, including therapy and medical device support.
3. Present virtual educational programs to Healthcare Professionals, Patients, and Caregivers.
4. Conduct outbound medication adherence support and enroll patients in educational seminars.
5. Collect demographic data and maintain quality customer service, adhering to scripts and using approved materials.
6. Attend training and develop relationships with key customers.
7. Complete administrative responsibilities and participate in meetings and conferences.
8. Maintain company equipment and comply with policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Current US RN License
• Fluent in Spanish
• Associates Degree/Bachelors/BSN or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related disease state or field
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Stable, reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated quiet home office
