Responsibilities

• Provide daily support by assisting customers via calls, live chat, secure messages, and email with professionalism and urgency.
• Toggle between multiple applications while assisting customers across channels.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary for higher approvals.
• Ensure accuracy and provide correct information to resolve issues at first contact.
• Cross-sell bank services and products.
• Research and prepare responses to complaints by coordinating with branches and departments.
• Build lasting relationships and create positive customer experiences.
• Resolve operational and technical issues per policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable of FCBI systems and adhere to procedures.
• Maintain solid working relationships across levels and locations.

• Be available to work all weekdays and holidays within operating hours.
• Perform other tasks requested by supervisors related to bank functions.
