Fisher Agencies is seeking a high-energy, organized Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) for a full-time remote role supporting our insurance and recruiting operations. This role requires comfort with significant phone time and a fast-paced environment.

You will handle outbound calls, schedule interviews and onboarding, maintain candidate records, and keep calendars organized while communicating professionally during US Eastern business hours. Remote work is available internationally.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent spoken English with professional communication.
• Confident with a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong phone presence and people skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective candidates.
• Schedule interviews, meetings, and recruiting appointments.
• Follow up with candidates by phone, text, and email.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain and update candidate information and follow-up lists.
• Help keep calendars and daily schedules organized.
• Provide general administrative support to the leadership team.
