Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• English required; bilinguals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and schedule appointments; assist with patient intake.
• Enter client and patient information into database accurately.
• Accept payments and balance cash register; coordinate referrals as needed.
• Provide translation support and help patients navigate services.
• Assist medical team with data entry and supply management.
