Job summary

ASPCA is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to provide a welcoming and compassionate experience for clients and visitors. You will greet guests, translate between English and Spanish, and connect people with ASPCA programs and services.

The role requires strong conflict-resolution skills, ability to manage sensitive situations, and collaboration with multiple teams to support the public-facing mission. The position is onsite at the 92nd Street location with a Tuesday-Saturday 9-5 schedule,

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required
• Minimum four years of client service experience
• Minimum one year resolving customer concerns in high-pressure environment
• English and Spanish language proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming, client-centered approach
• Provide translation support (English/Spanish) as needed
• Assist visitors with information and services and guide to next steps
• Manage intake and support surrender prevention information and referrals
• Maintain client interaction logs and follow up as needed
• Assist with donations processing and thank donors
