Job summary

Spay Neuter Network in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Front Desk Representative to deliver exceptional client care in person, by phone, and online. You will manage clinic flow, assist wellness and surgery patients, and advise clients on services and products based on their pet's lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficient data entry on PC platforms including MS Office.
• Experience or familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
• Able to obtain accurate patient histories and explain veterinary concepts to clients.
• Able to counsel clients on post-operative care and medications.

Responsibilities

• Represent Spay Neuter Network by delivering exceptional customer service to clients, volunteers, and staff.
• Handle wellness/surgery invoice billing and clinic flow.
• Assist wellness technicians as needed and label/dispense medications.
• Maintain accurate client/patient records and medical histories in the database.
• Promote clinic services and guide clients through the process for timely care.
• Prepare paperwork for new clients and ensure prompt service.
• Provide instructions, invoices, and product information at checkout and schedule follow-ups.
