PNC operates an in-office model and the Personal Banker role is based at the Clio Branch in Clio, Michigan. You will acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, improving customers' financial wellbeing and growing wallet share with PNC solutions.

You'll lead with a customer-centric approach, conduct outbound and lobby interactions, educate clients on digital tools, and support daily branch operations while adhering to policy and risk controls.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in banking or related field.
• Background checks as required by CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet share by differentiating the customer experience.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify and resolve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and assisting with daily branch operations.
