Responsibilities

• Independently conduct in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing (in-person and remote), surveys, and heuristic evaluations.
• Observe users in labs or home environments and document usability barriers.
• Synthesize data into structured reports with issues, severity, and quotes.
• Recruit, screen, and schedule participants for Shark & Ninja product studies.
• Coordinate study logistics and maintain research documentation.
• Deliver concise readouts and translate insights into summaries for stakeholders.
