Job summary

Columbia Basin College (CBC) seeks a Program Coordinator to coordinate, schedule, and monitor program activities aligned with project goals; communicate with participants, parents and the public; manage expenditures and payroll; supervise a student worker; and work with data management.

The role reports to the Director for Upward Bound; requires an Associate’s degree, two years of admin experience, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of administrative work experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule and monitor program activities in line with project goals.
• Respond to program inquiries, schedule appointments and process enrollment paperwork.
• Monitor expenditures, payroll, invoices and budgeting documentation.
• Supervise a student worker and oversee data entry tasks.
