Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Traveling Recruiter for industrial staffing in Groveport, OH. This in-office role requires 20% travel across Ohio, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, and hands-on recruitment with a focus on candidate attraction and candidate pipeline development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting/staffing experience, is bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged, and can manage 40+ customers daily while coordinating interviews, screenings, and I-9 processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting & staffing experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged to apply.
• Travel within the designated area.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Proficiency with MS Office; able to coordinate orders and requests.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm new ways to attract great candidates with the team.
• Market and post openings, leverage social media to stand out.
• Interview candidates to assess fit and qualifications.
• Build and maintain a pipeline to support order fulfillment.
• Coordinate drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to place hires.

• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Be able to Travel in designated area
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
