Job summary

Weekday 1 is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Concrete Operations Superintendent to lead field operations in Nebraska. This high-ownership role oversees multiple concrete projects, mentors Foremen and crews, and improves scheduling and field systems.

Travel to project sites is required as work expands with company growth. The ideal candidate has proven leadership in concrete construction, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to manage schedules,

Qualifications

Proven experience leading concrete construction crews and managing multiple projects.
Fluent English and Spanish communication is required.
Strong scheduling, manpower planning and jobsite coordination skills.
Hands-on, trusted leader able to mentor Foremen and crews.
Willingness to travel and stay overnight for projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple active concrete construction projects.
Develop Foremen and field crews; mentor and coach crew leaders.
Prepare and communicate weekly work schedules and manpower requirements.
Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and project logistics.
Monitor labor productivity, project progress, and job costs.
Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.
Serve as a key field contact for customers and resolve project-related concerns.
Identify and address potential issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Improve field-office communication and coordination.
Develop future Foremen and strengthen leadership in the field.
