Job summary

MCI is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bilingual Travel Advisor in Savannah, GA. The role requires Spanish and English communication, at least 2 years travel industry experience, and hands-on Spotnana platform usage.

You will assist travelers with planning, booking and managing itineraries, making changes, and handling disruptions in an onsite BPO environment. Prior Spotnana experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of travel industry experience
• Hands-on experience using Spotnana platform
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Experience supporting business or corporate travel is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of travel reservations and booking processes
• Experience handling itinerary changes, cancellations and rebookings
• Knowledge of air travel, hotels, car rentals and/or rail travel
• Experience with travel technology or reservation systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in bookings and traveler info
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in high-volume BPO/contact center environment
• Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining service quality
• Comfortable onsite in structured environment

Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with planning, booking and managing business and leisure travel arrangements.
• Use the Spotnana travel platform to search, book and service air, hotel, car and rail travel.
• Manage new and existing reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Make itinerary changes, cancellations, exchanges and rebookings as required.
• Review traveler profiles, preferences and applicable travel policies when making reservations.
• Identify suitable travel options based on traveler requirements and inventory.
• Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, fares and changes.
• Assist travelers with schedule changes, disruptions and other travel issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professional travel solutions.
• Maintain accurate traveler and reservation information in Spotnana.
• Follow travel policies and service standards.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Manage multiple requests in a fast-paced BPO environment.
• Meet quality, productivity and customer service standards.
