Job summary

MCI is seeking a Bilingual Travel Advisor in Virginia Beach, onsite at our BPO/contact center. You will assist travelers with planning, booking and managing travel using the Spotnana platform, supporting both business and leisure travel, and handling changes or cancellations.

Required are at least 2 years in travel, hands-on Spotnana experience, and fluency in Spanish and English. This role requires onsite work in a structured customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of travel industry experience.
• Proven hands-on experience using the Spotnana travel platform.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with planning, booking and managing business and leisure travel.
• Use the Spotnana platform to search, book and service air, hotel, car and rail travel.
• Manage new and existing reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Make itinerary changes, cancellations and rebookings as required.
• Review traveler profiles and policies when making reservations.
• Provide travel options based on requirements and inventory.
