Job summary

The Julie Valentine Center is seeking a Bilingual Therapist to provide evidence-based mental health services to English- and Spanish-speaking children, adolescents, and adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, and/or abuse and neglect. The Therapist also supports non-offending caregivers and delivers individual, group, and crisis interventions.

This is a full-time salaried position with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the relevant state.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling for children, adolescents and adult survivors of abuse.
• Conduct crisis interventions and coordinate with care teams.
• Maintain documentation per agency standards and coordinate with referral sources.
