Job summary

The Jacob Center, based in Fort Collins, seeks a full-time bilingual clinician to provide trauma-focused therapy to children, teens, and families in both Spanish and English. You’ll carry a full caseload, work with diverse communities, and receive free clinical supervision to support licensure and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) OR working toward licensure/candidate license.
• 3 years related experience or 2 years clinical experience.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel Northern Colorado.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop trauma-responsive treatment plans.
• Provide trauma-focused therapy and psychoeducation.
• Deliver therapy in both Spanish and English with cultural relevance.
• Coordinate with families, schools, and care teams.
• Document in EHR in compliance with standards.
• Grow clinically through supervision and professional development.
