Qualifications

• OSHA training as required.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Management by maintaining and ensuring all training and safety activities are completed on schedule.
• Monitor employee training needs and requirements by scheduling, tracking, and coordinating training.
• Conduct and support safety audits and investigations, track follow-ups as needed.
• Lead and deliver training for new or changed processes, equipment, and job transfers.
• Maintain training records in the LMS and SharePoint.
