Job summary

You will assist with interviews and new hire orientation, translating questions and presentations as needed, while adhering to safety and welfare guidelines. The position requires flexibility for non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience translating English to other languages and back.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for data management and reporting.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Sound work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Translate conversations, meetings, forms, and policies to support safety and production.
• Train non-English speaking employees in their native language and document training.
• Assist with interviews and new hire orientation by translating questions and presentations.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and report issues affecting safety and quality.
• Follow all company policies and welfare guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
