Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication for training and policy translation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bilingual safety training for new hires and ongoing employees.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain safety training programs and records.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and company safety policies; lead safety committee meetings.
• Perform facility inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify risks.
• Translate safety documents and training materials between English and Spanish as needed.
