Job summary

Christensen Farms is seeking an organized Training Operations Coordinator to support bilingual English/Spanish training initiatives across the organization. You will manage logistics, communications, data tracking, and resources to ensure accurate learning content.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and departments to keep training materials current, translate and validate content, and support knowledge management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, schedules, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Fluency in English and Spanish, including reviewing translations of business and training materials.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs, events, scheduling, participant communications, materials, and logistics.
• Maintain program trackers, dashboards, evaluation data, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain training content governance processes and review workflows.
• Coordinate periodic reviews of training materials and related resources with SMEs.
• Translate and review training materials in English and Spanish, validating translations.
• Organize and maintain training materials, knowledge repositories, and document libraries.
