Job summary

Agropur, inc. in Minnesota seeks an Operations Trainer - Translator to ensure a positive onboarding experience for Spanish-speaking employees.

You will translate materials and conversations, support production onboarding, track training, and preserve original meaning while enhancing communication across teams. You will work with Human Capital and Operations, draft SOPs as needed, assist with two-week checks, and help with safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent Spanish required.
• Spanish written language understanding required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate material or conversation into appropriate language.
• Support onboarding to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
• Assist production in developing operational competency for new hires/roles.
• Track competency trainings of new hires.
• Preserve original meaning and intent of information.
