Job summary

Compass Connections in San Antonio, TX seeks a dedicated professional for a full-time role supporting post release and home study programs. You will oversee training, file maintenance, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with staff and partner agencies to improve outcomes for children and families.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in related fields, a master’s preferred, and 3–5+ years of supervisory and case management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social services required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 3+ years supervisor and case management experience with a master’s degree.
• 5+ years supervisor and case management experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Provide release and home study staff training meeting requirements.
• Maintain staff training calendar with development opportunities, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain training records and certifications for personnel files.
• Develop relationships with peers, private agencies, and supporting agencies.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
