Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields, or bachelor’s degree with 3+ years supervisory and case management experience.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens.
• Must pass required background checks and provide proof of work eligibility when requested.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to this position.
• Maintain a caseload in accordance with agency policies and licensing standards.
• Complete Case Management Tracking for each assigned child.
• Review family reunification packets for accuracy and follow up with sponsor as needed.
• Submit all relevant forms to the Department of Children’s Services with a copy of Family Reunification Packet.
• Assist children during departure/reunification as needed.
• Participate in team decisions and ongoing professional development.
