Job summary

Compass Connections in El Paso, TX, seeks compassionate professionals to provide social services in the Casa Mariposa facility. The role emphasizes supervisory and case management responsibilities, bilingual communication, and adherence to regulatory guidelines while supporting reunification efforts for children.

We require a Master’s or a Bachelor’s with relevant experience; certifications in first aid, CPR, and emergency behavior intervention are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields or bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position.
• Maintain a caseload in accordance with agency policies, licensing and contract standards.
• Complete Case Management Tracking for each assigned child.
• Review completed family reunification packets for accuracy and follow up with sponsor.
• Prepare sponsors to sign all required forms and documents and forward to EOIR as needed.
• Complete and submit notices to EOIR when contractor approves release to sponsor.
• Assist children during departure/reunification as needed.
• Participate in meetings and team decisions and operatons.
• Compile, maintain, and submit accurate records and statistics per policy.
• Review and sign children’s records per licensing and contract standards.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Compass Connections safety protocols.
