Job Description

The Training & Development Prep Instructor plays a key role in developing and empowering employees through hands-on training, onboarding, and continuous coaching in a fast-paced operational environment. This position partners closely with Operations, Training & Development, and Safety leadership to drive employee success, strengthen safety awareness, and support operational excellence. • Serve as the primary point of contact for departmental new hires, overseeing onboarding and role-specific training.
