Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong grammar and formatting
• Experience with DocuSign is a plus
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS is preferred

Job description

Johnson Service Group is looking for an Employee Service Representative (Staffing Coordinator) to undertake all onboarding duties and become a valuable member of our team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A qualified Employee Service Representative should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute documentation
• Maintain electronic records
• Draft correspondence
• Provide general administrative support
• Provide customer service by answering employee requests and questions
• Assist with processing and documenting personnel changes and terminations
• Assist with payroll and time collection
• Maintain and prepare employee files
• Maintain our Bullhorn system
• Prepare and format resumes
• Complete onboarding process and new hire orientation
• Submit online requests and assist with background checks/drug screenings for new hires
• Responsible for Form I?9 compliance
• Correspond with HR and Payroll on employee issues
• Assist branch office with research, reports, duties, and special projects as requested

Skills/Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and the ability to learn
• Experience with DocuSign would be a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word – Ability to format documents using excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling
• Excel – Spreadsheets and Pivot Tables
• PowerPoint – Presentation preparation
• Outlook – Calendars and meeting invitation
• Working knowledge of Adobe including document conversion
• Detail oriented, sense of urgency, and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal/written skills and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential
• Must have the ability to manage processes and analyze information
