Credit Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Title Specialist to work from home with occasional travel to an office. You will resolve title issues for dealers, sales, and customers primarily by phone and email, and you will enforce the company's lien on vehicles while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities include reviewing title tasks, identifying missing titles, documenting actions, and staying compliant with policies. Strong Spanish, communication and problem-solving required.

Targeted Compensation: $22.25 - $25.93/hour based on experience
Targeted Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus potential based on individual performance. The estimated average bonus target for this position is around $400/month.
Expectations:
Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
