Credit Acceptance is hiring a Bilingual Title Specialist to work remotely. You will resolve title and lien requests, communicate with dealers, DMVs and customers, and document all actions while ensuring compliance and quality service.
The role requires Spanish fluency, a high school diploma and prior customer service experience. Training will be virtual, with shifts Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–5:00 PM EST, and flexible scheduling to cover 7:00 AM–7:00 PM EST.

NOTE: This position will work from home. Occasional planned travel to an office location may be required. The purpose of the Bilingual Title Specialist position is to:
Targeted Compensation: $22.25 - $25.93/hour based on experience
Targeted Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus potential based on individual performance. The estimated average bonus target for this position is around $400/month.

Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
