Credit Acceptance is seeking a Title Specialist to handle customer-facing title and lien requests via phone and email from a remote setting. The role includes coordinating with dealers, DMV offices, and internal teams to obtain documents and ensure accurate lien placement.
Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, the ability to make informed decisions, and proficiency with MS Office. Training is virtual; schedule follows EST business hours with occasional travel.

$20-23.52/hour based on experience
Uncapped monthly bonus potential based on individual performance. The estimated average bonus target for this position is around $400/month.

Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
