Credit Acceptance is seeking a bilingual Title Specialist to support dealers, sales and customers by resolving title issues primarily by phone and email. This remote role requires high school diploma, Spanish fluency, and strong Microsoft Office skills; training occurs virtually with EST business hours.
You will identify missing or incorrect titles, document actions, and ensure lien requests align with policy while maintaining compliance.

Targeted Compensation: $22.25 - $25.93/hour based on experience
Targeted Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus potential based on individual performance. The estimated average bonus target for this position is around $400/month.

Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
