The ideal candidate is based in the US, between 25 to 35, with significant experience either in direct sales or as a content creator. You must embody authenticity and excel in a fast-paced, engaging environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in direct sales or 3+ years as a creator with 50K+ followers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to code switch.
• Experience in shapewear, body confidence, beauty, fashion, or direct sales.

Responsabilidades

• Hold TikTok LIVE sessions weekly and engage authentically.
• Lead a cohort of creators in the brand's voice.
• Execute content briefs and cultural calendar.
