Industrial Color in El Segundo, CA, a hybrid role on-site 3 days per week, seeks a TikTok-native strategist to shape content and partnerships for a leading global beauty brand. You’ll create TikTok-first ideas, spot trends, and collaborate with global and US teams to drive creative, product innovation and social commerce.

The ideal candidate thrives in indie or digitally native beauty environments, turning insights into engaging ideas that connect with audiences and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing TikTok-first content and creator strategies.
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, platform behaviors, trends and creators.
• Experience in beauty, color cosmetics or skincare preferred.
• Background with indie, challenger or digitally native brands desirable.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing and creator-led commerce.
• Ability to connect cultural insights with audience engagement and business results.
• Strong creativity, curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop TikTok-first content concepts and creator partnerships.
