Alta Mental Health Solutions in Gaithersburg, MD is hiring a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist for a hybrid outpatient role serving Spanish-speaking families.

This position offers in-person sessions at the Gaithersburg clinic and remote telehealth, with flexibility for full-time or part-time arrangements. An active Maryland license (LCSW-C/LCPC/LMSW/LGPC) and the ability to provide therapy in English and Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license (LCSW-C/LCPC/LMSW/LGPC) in good standing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with ability to conduct assessments and therapy in both languages.
• Strong clinical judgment and solid documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy in English and Spanish to clients within your training and competency.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based care and respect client values and goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as client needs change.
• Coordinate care with colleagues and participate in supervision and team meetings.
