Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks mental health therapists for our Baltimore, MD location to provide outpatient services for children, families, and/or adults.

We offer a wraparound approach, with telehealth options,flexible schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package. Eligible clinicians may receive a $5,000–$6,000 sign-on bonus for bilingual English/Spanish speakers and a $60,000–$120,000 annual salary range.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related discipline.
• Licensed in Maryland as LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC.
• Experience in psychotherapy is desired.
• Ability to travel about 60% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Meet with clients in group, individual, joint or family sessions per standards and schedule.
• Schedule appointments according to program standards.
• Complete clinical notes and paperwork within deadlines.
• Maintain contact with referral sources and treatment team.
• Respect client confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
• Respond to client messages within 24 hours or next business day.
• Meet with clinical supervisor three times per month and monthly group session.
• Attend monthly department meetings and comply with regulations.
• Uphold 48-hour documentation standard.
