Job summary

Clarvida in Tustin, CA is hiring a Pre-Licensed Therapist for its Children's program. This full-time role offers hourly pay, licensure supervision, and a comprehensive benefits package. Bilingual Spanish is required.

You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, coordinate intake, and work with care teams to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care that promotes independence and empowerment. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Active CA AMFT, APCC, or ASW registration.
• Valid CA driver's license and auto insurance.
• Minimum two years of mental health experience in inpatient/outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in IP/OP settings.
• Coordinate client intake and support services.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care.
• Attend interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and program development.
• Document clinical services and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Meet monthly productivity requirements.
• Transport clients as needed using a personal vehicle.
• On-call duties and other duties as assigned.
