Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Pre-Licensed Therapist in Santa Ana to deliver mental health services across clinic, home, school, and community settings. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support children and families in achieving emotional and behavioral goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, California BBS registration, and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as AMFT/APCC/ACSW.
• Minimum of two years of behavioral health experience in clinical settings.
• Direct clinical, case management, and treatment planning experience.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and therapeutic intervention skills.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health practices.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with electronic health record systems.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Conduct clinical assessments and therapeutic interviews to identify needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination.
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation per Medi-Cal, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources.
• Deliver services in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
