Job summary

Clarvida in Santa Ana, CA, seeks a Pre-Licensed Therapist to deliver individual, family, and group therapy for children and families within the High Fidelity Wraparound program. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote emotional and behavioral health outcomes across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and California AMFT/APCC/ACSW eligibility, plus 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an AMFT, APCC, or ACSW.
• Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health settings.
• Direct clinical, case management, and treatment planning experience.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health treatment practices.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and families.
• Conduct clinical assessments and therapeutic interviews to identify treatment needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination activities.
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Medi‑Cal, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and parenting support.
• Provide referrals and linkage to community resources.
• Participate in program development, staff meetings, and training.
• Meet productivity expectations as established by program leadership.
• Deliver services in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Transport clients as needed using a personal vehicle.
• Participate in after-hours or on-call responsibilities as required.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional boundaries.
