Job summary

Zions Bank is seeking a Bilingual Preferred Teller for Magna (30 hours). The role requires guiding clients through products and services, handling transactions, and delivering exceptional service. A high school diploma is required and Spanish–English bilingual ability is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Open new accounts, issue counter checks, perform account maintenance, issue/activate ATM cards, perform money transfers, order checks, receive loan payments.
• Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities for bank products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
