Job summary

Zions Bank in Salt Lake City is seeking a Bilingual Preferred Teller (40 Hours) to accurately process debit/credit transactions and help clients build a better financial future. You will identify client needs, open accounts, and cross-sell bank products in a collaborative team environment.

Minimum pay starts at $17 per hour with benefits beginning Day One, including health, vision, and dental coverage, plus retirement and education benefits. This role opens until filled.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and experience in cashiering or customer service.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies, maintaining balancing records.
• Identify and address clients' needs by opening accounts, issuing checks, performing transfers, etc.
• Resolve client problems directly or by referring to appropriate resources.
• Cross-sell bank products by understanding client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
