Our Retail Bankers are the face of our organization and play a critical role in caring for our customers daily. As a Retail Banker, you will receive training to successfully engage with and enhance the customer experience by offering products and services that meet their needs. The knowledge you develop will prepare you for advancement opportunities and a robust career in banking at Woodforest. Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of ATMs.
• Using problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in line with Woodforest Experience training.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an equivalent amount of college education or volunteer service.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Formal Education & Certification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Status:

• Full-time.

Supervisory Responsibility:

None specified.

Travel:

• Little to no overnight travel expected. May be required to cover nearby branch locations within 45 miles based on business needs.

Working Conditions:

• Standing most of the time, with occasional walking, bending, stooping, sitting for brief periods, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
